As Britain's largest nuclear power plant, Hinkley Point C, rises next door, 11-year-old Sam dreams of becoming a marine biologist to protect the fish. It seems the only way to get the education he wants is for the power company to pays for it, he faces a tricky dilemma. Drifting between his daily life and dreams, the film explores themes of holding on and letting go, and growing up.
