Ömer Sami (b. 1993) makes character-driven documentary films, which have featured on The Guardian, Vimeo (Staff Pick), The Atlantic, Aeon and festivals including the Camden International Film Festival.

He works for Sundance’s Documentary Film Program and currently studies Documentary Directing at The National Film School of Denmark. He is based in Copenhagen.
